This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed with Enchanted Creek Acres LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. General Shipping Terms

We currently ship products within the United States using UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  1. Live Animals

We do not ship live birds under any circumstances. Any purchase of live animals must be completed through local pickup or approved delivery arrangements. The Company disclaims all liability related to live animal transport not arranged directly by us.

  1. Hatching Eggs (Quail Eggs & BCM Eggs)

All hatching eggs, including Quail eggs and French Black Copper Marans (BCM) eggs, are shipped via UPS and packaged using protective foam materials designed to reduce breakage during transit; boxed, taped well with care.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
Due to factors beyond our control—including but not limited to handling during shipping, incubation practices, environmental conditions, and customer handling—we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Hatch rates 
  • Fertility 
  • Viability 
  • Condition upon arrival 

By purchasing hatching eggs, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

  1. Food Products (Pickled Quail Eggs)

All shelf-stable food products, including Grand Covey™ pickled quail eggs, are shipped via UPS.

Products are packaged in accordance with food safety and shipping standards; however, the Company is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carrier mishandling, temperature fluctuations, or improper storage after delivery.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak demand periods. Contact us if you would like to be placed on the “Wait List”. The list is first come and subject to change at any time. 

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

  1. Shipping Rates & Risk of Loss

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on current UPS rates.

Risk of Loss:
All products become the responsibility of the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to UPS.

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.

We are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays 
  • Lost packages once marked as delivered 
  • Weather-related disruptions 
  • Acts of God or force majeure events 

Claims for lost or delayed shipments may need to be filed directly with the carrier.

  1. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information 
  • Monitoring tracking details 
  • Ensuring timely receipt of perishable or temperature-sensitive goods 

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  1. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds or replacements related to shipping issues are issued solely at our discretion. It’s always better to contact us for additional information. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enchanted Creek Acres LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to shipping, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of livestock productivity, or spoilage.

  1. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
